Rejections on May 4th 2023
Hi Bunny Team,
on May 4th I worked on the following six projects:

I was asked to resubmit, but there was no upload button in the project timeline. The revisions opened me 6 minutes for resubmission, but I didn't get those minutes. Am I right that this time frame starts the moment I receive the email? In this case I need to complain because 6 minutes is impossible to react.
In general I propose to change the time frame when getting bunny intern revisions to at least 12 hours, because as a voice actor I need a certain guarantee.
I also listened to the records again, but in my opinion there are no "loud plosives" like Julian Cubillos said.
So I am asking now to remove those rejections from my stats, as well as a seventh rejection (ID 7040F2AD18C51903547B), because the reason for "rejection" was "I no longer need this project" as stated by the client. It was just cancelled.

I wanted to thank you for your feedback in regards to our revision policy and let you know that we are currently revising the timeframe for revisions on our projects. We appreciate your input and suggestions, and we are always looking for ways to improve our services.
In addition, I wanted to let you know that we have requested that another QC agent reviews the deliverables that were previously rejected due to plosives. This will allow us to double-check if plosives are present or not. If we find that there are no plosives present, we will be able to remove the rejections and ensure that your stats are not impacted by those rejections.
We have also removed Project ID 7040F2AD18C51903547B from your stats, since it was cancelled due to a decision from the client, and it was not pertaining your quality!

thank you for your feedback, I was about to send you the files again today. :)
It will help me if these rejections will be deleted from my stats, as you said they all sounded good. Besides there was no real chance to deliver a revised version, because the system only gave me six (!) minutes to work on it.

According to Hiroshi's assessment, the only rejection we are unable to remove is 777EDB5FEA6EAD231AE4.
However, we removed all the others you mentioned, since they were good enough! =)
Please keep in mind that the feedback between agents may vary slightly, however we can always double check it for you with the whole team!
We are aware of the time for revisions being too short at times, and we have brought this to our team. They are working on it to bring some improvements in this regard.
