    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this.

    We completely understand that the reach and distribution of invitations for our talents has been concerning some Pros.

    In addition to that, it's important to note that there are many variables to take into consideration for invitations: Pro's stats, rates, long-term availability, competitivity in the platform, client seasonality, odd hours for international client, and more.
    So unfortunately we cannot guarantee the same flow of invitations to all Pros, throughout the year.

    However, our team has heard the feedback of our talents in regards to this!

    And we are pleased to say that our engineers have been working to improve this situation, and this work will continue throughout the next months. We're doing everything we can to make our platform better for everyone.

    Our team is working hard to improve our platform and ensure that every Pro has an equal chance to respond to invitations and showcase their skills. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to make necessary changes.

    I've had nothing!!!! Have I been blocked or something from getting voice over projects???

    I don't understand, I've not had any project invitations in almost a month! I used to get them regularly and the same voice actors would get them within seconds, but now and again I could manage to take some of the projects if I got up in the early hours. Now, nothing!!!

     

    What is happening, can someone look at my profile and see if it's been blocked?
    I've got very cheap rates and my stats are good, so any help please!!!!!

    Appreicate your fast reply.

    Can someone check to see if I'm being blocked or something? I used to get regular emails about projects, I've had none for about 2 months now. I don't understand it!!!
    I even lowered my rates. But, nothing. My stats is slowly being reduced too since I've not had any projects to complete since I'm not getting sent any auditions my way. This is so fustrating!

    That's another good point with all of this. I understand there are supposed to be some fixes coming out but how will all of this inactivity affect our stats? All of the articles on the help pages emphasize the importance of having good stats to keep getting projects but it's very hard to maintain good stats when what few offers I do see anymore are coming at awkward hours of the night.

    I couldn't agree more with the folks above.  In May I did over $1000 worth of projects.  I put myself on hiatus to go on vacation and have had less than $100 worth in June and less than that in July.  AND NO opportunities for speedies or anything.  It's dried up completely.

    No response whatsoever.  I'm just convinced that they've kicked me off the project list for some reason.  Ever since they went on their bunny retreat, everything has changed and not for the better.

    Yeah I get the feeling I've been blacklisted or something or removed from invites or something too. I've not had any emails for projects apart from one booking which was about $5 in over 6 months!!

    It's really fustrating to not get a proper resonpse about all this from them. In July further up this thread they mentioned they are having some updates to the platform or something, but it has done nothing! 

    It used to be the case that the same voice actors would snap up all the speedies and contest quick, but I'd see emails still and see this. Now, nothing? I honestly don't understand all this. Maybe they only want a handful of voice actors getting work, so the rest has been dropped. Because there is no way I'm going to improve my stats any time soon.

    First and foremost, please know that your feedback is immensely valuable to us. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through a migration to a new system, and our aim is to implement improvements that stem from the insights and suggestions shared by our dedicated Pros and clients.

    Our engineering team has been diligently working behind the scenes to bring about these enhancements, and it's important to recognize that these changes involve intricate backend work and meticulous testing to ensure that any new features and fixes align seamlessly with our platform's functionality.

    We want to clarify that this is not due to any account-related issues. Instead, it's a part of the adjustment process as we refine the calculations the platform does to ensure the best matching for projects. Our current invitation distribution still considers various factors, including active Pros within each demographic, their rates, and their stats. We are looking into how we can improve these calculations to bring more balance into the distribution for all Pros.
