Firstly, we want to let you know that your current rates are within the average. However, we would like to suggest an adjustment to your rates for the 5 and 50 rates per word, as lowering these rates slightly might be beneficial in terms of testing and increasing the number of project invitations you receive. It's worth experimenting with different rates to optimize your opportunities from time to time, though we cannot suggest any specific rates, as this is entirely each Pro's choice!
We also want to address the concern regarding the decrease in the number of projects some Pros have been receiving recently. We understand that this can be frustrating, but please be assured that we are actively working on the issue. Our engineering team is diligently working on the backend to ensure that the distribution of projects is functioning as intended for all our Pros, and we appreciate your patience during this time! We are committed to resolving this matter to provide a better experience for everyone!
