rejection again for the first time in 7 months

Hello,

I had sorted out my recording issues back in Dec 2022 with the Voice bunny team and have been getting approved work all this year. Today I have been rejected twice.

My settings or studio have not changed. I do always normalise to -3db. Any help gratefully received.
