getting rejected, and accepted all in the same day
Several times, I have been accepted and rejected in the same day, and sometimes in the same hour...There have been times that I have redone it, and gotten accepted or rejected, and times, where I would submit the same audio, and it got accepted. It doesnt seem consistent at times. I have been doing voice work with VB since the beginning, and the clients never have anything bad to say. As a matter of fact, I work out of the same studio at a radio station, doing voiceovers all day, and never have a complain from anyone. It seems a lot of other people are having the same issues, so it's not just me..

When a project is initially rejected due to quality or tone/style issues, depending on the project's urgency, there is a specific standard of quality in which our agents are able to accept the deliverable. However, it's important to note that our Quality Control team continuously standardizes and assesses Pro's deliverables within each language, age, and gender category, and if you are receiving more requests than before while your quality remains the same, it very probably means that the quality standards for the skills you are offering have risen.
This process creates room for improvement for all Pros, and it is also an opportunity for our Pros to reach out to us so we can help them fine tune their quality, and occasionally, as well, some deliverables may be more acceptable than others on the long run. We encourage you to carefully review the reasons for any rejections or revisions, to identifying if some reasons are being brough up more often than others. This way, we'll be able to assist you preventing future rejections, and ensuring faster project outcomes for you, and to keep fast turnaround time on your profile!
