Questions about stats.

I've been on this platform for over a year now and I'm a little confused about how stats work.
With contests, I'm supposedly ranked #40 out of 330, but I'm listed as being in the bottom 40%. The current stats suggest that 21/22 of my entries have been successfully fulfilled (95%). I haven't received an invite for a contest in over half a year, even though I was winning at least half (approx.) of the entries that I submitted when I was receiving them.
I've had a look at your "Prioritising Bunny Pros" criteria and I'd be surprised to learn that I've been performing so poorly that I'm now completely excluded from these types of invites. I have an average rating of 4.8/5. My rates are competitive. I always deliver within 24 hours, and make sure to contact support if there's an issue. On top of that, I'm in the Top 9% for bookings, which to me would suggest that I should be eligible to partake in contests as well.
My average response rate is calculated to be 2 hours and 19 minutes for revisions and 3 hours 49 minutes for bookings and yet I'm ranked in the bottom 43%. I might be wrong, but to me it seems like there's a bit of an issue in way the these stats are being calculated.
It's all pretty confusing. Anyways, thanks in advance for explaining this to me.

Ranks are calculated by the system in comparison with all other Pros in the same demographics (ages and languages) as you - so you are placed quite high!
Regarding your concern about your stats and rankings, it's important to clarify that the rank you see doesn't necessarily indicate poor performance. The rank is determined by comparing your stats to those of other Pros who offer similar services in terms of languages and ages for Voice Overs. The bottom 40% doesn't reflect your overall capabilities but rather how you compare to others in your specific demographic.
You have two accents/languages in your account currently: English - North America and Dutch.
Your stats page is a combination of both of these demographics. Considering that the English - North America is one of our largest pools, we understand that rising up on the rank can be challenging for multilingual Pros.
I have taken the time to review your stats and have made adjustments to ensure that previous rejections and expirations no longer negatively impact your performance. This action should contribute to an improvement in the number of projects you receive! Another suggestion is to keep experimenting with your rates from time to time.
