Anyone else notice QC lag and no responses to flagged projects?

    Thank you for responding, Gabriela. I reached out to support and will let you know how it goes. I just hate to see a client that it accustomed to a less than 24 hour turn, have to wait five days to get their files and I'm concerned how this might affect my stats.

    Yes, I just had something similar happen when it took about 12 hours to get a revision reward approved (the reward I requested was less than half the original job for re-doing the entire job) Then because the approval came in the middle of the night for me, the client had to wait another 6 hours until I saw the approval the next morning...
