Anyone else notice QC lag and no responses to flagged projects?
Has anyone else noticed what seems to be a lag in QC response and lack of response to flagged projects?
Following the submission of a current project, QC requested a revision on one of my takes. (I neglected to edit out a false start on a line - Totally my fault) - I corrected the take and the project sat for several days before QC reviewed the file again. I flagged the project twice, asking if there were any other issues keeping it from clearing, and never received a response.
After finally clearing QC (still no response from the flags) the client requested some minor revisions. I did those and now the files show they are awaiting QC review before they go to the client.
I thought that client-requested revisions were immediately made available to the client. Or am I mistaken? I'm curious as to why QC is taking longer than usual to respond to revised files... And I'm also wondering why the flagged project was never responded to. Is anyone else having a similar experience? The issues seem to coincide with the recent platform update.

Thank you for responding, Gabriela. I reached out to support and will let you know how it goes. I just hate to see a client that it accustomed to a less than 24 hour turn, have to wait five days to get their files and I'm concerned how this might affect my stats.

Yes, I just had something similar happen when it took about 12 hours to get a revision reward approved (the reward I requested was less than half the original job for re-doing the entire job) Then because the approval came in the middle of the night for me, the client had to wait another 6 hours until I saw the approval the next morning...
