I'll be assigning your post to a QC agent as soon as possible so they'll help you directly through this post.
Could you please share with us some fresh audio samples, recorded with your current setup/equipment? Please process it just as you would a deliverable for a project!
This way our team will be able to assess the way you are passing it through your DAW or filters/plugins and help you eliminate any issues.
Please upload your samples through a file-sharing app of your liking (Google Drive, Dropbox, Soundcloud, etc.) and share the link to your samples here!

Hi Levi,
Firstly apologies for the delay in response.
I discussed your sample and case with the rest of the QC team.
And the latest sample that you provided sounds good.
At 00:06, when reading 'people' there was a loud plosive heard. However other than that, we all agree your audio sounds good.
We highly recommend that you keep your audio quality consistent to the way it is in your sample provided above (excluding the plosive heard), as in some past projects, such as:
- UMES - Parents :30s Ad_7/31/23
- Forest and the Trees
- Conflicts of Interest: Refresher Andre
This is where we began to notice the audio quality was sounding over-compressed.
Nevertheless, you obviously have the know-how and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to audio work - And we look forward to hearing more of your work throughout our platform.
