New error message...?
I have been getting this message more frequently lately: You don't seem to have access to this project. If you are supposed to have access to this project, please check if you are logged in to the correct account. If you need assistance, contact us.
I know you all think I'm terrible because I never get jobs but I'm just wondering if this is a new way for you all to tell me I'm terrible?

I was told that this is the new message that comes up if someone else accepts the project before you, but that doesn't seem to be happening on most projects. Seems to me there are quite a few hiccups in the implementation of this new system, so I am hoping an agent can give us more insights. Just wanted to pass on the information I received in case it helps you in the meantime.
Oh thanks for that, yes, I'm constantly in that boat, I've not gotten a speedy in months after a period of time when I thought I was doing OK. Now I've got one of those projects with that message stuck on my project list for days now...

The error page you encountered is designed to let a Pro know right away that a project that is no longer available and has already been assigned to another Pro. In the previous system, Pros had to wait for 30 seconds before knowing if a project was already taken, which could be frustrating.
Our new system aims to provide a more instant response to project acceptance, eliminating the wait time. However, we understand that the current error message may not be as clear as it should be. We are actively working on implementing changes to improve the messaging and make it more user-friendly.
