    Hi Tracy,

    I checked your account and everything seems okay. The previous projects section changes daily. Do you get the emails with the subject line "weekly sample of projects..." from VoiceBunny? If so, you can take a look at projects that were posted and see why you didn't match.

    Also, be sure to check your stats page: http://voicebunny.com/users/stats.

    Below is the info from our getting started section about stats:

    If you have some rejections or your response time is high, here are ways to improve your stats:
    Lower your rates while you improve and also, set your preference to show you projects that pay at least 60% of your requested rate. You can set this option by clicking the link on your dashboard that says "rates and preferences": http://voicebunny.com/users/preferences. You will then be able to raise your rates later.

    Upload more high quality samples to your profile. We suggest uploading at least 3 samples per category as clients often like to filter results according to the type of project they want to post. Make sure these samples are recorded in your home studio! Clients will expect you to deliver the same audio quality as showcased in your samples.

    Respond to bookings and revision requests right away. Even if you cannot work on them right that moment, accept or reject it right away to let us know you got the request. You will still have plenty of time to work on it.

    Share your voice actor profile page. Jobs completed by clients booking you through your profile will affect your stats positively (if the client approves your work). http://awesomescreenshot.com/0332rypuc1.

    I have the same problem now! I've done everything they have suggested and nothing comes over for opportunities! How are we supposed to raise our stats when not given the option to work?!?!

    Yeah, my dashboard went blank yesterday (previous and available) and hasn't updated for about 24 hours now... Very worrying.

    So,... I see that others are experiencing the same problem I am. My dashboard reset itself over three weeks ago and I've not seen an available booking since. I have only received sporatic speedys lately as well. Obviously there is bug that as yet has gone undetected/corrected.

    @John Raymond

    My dashboard randomly (mysteriously?) filled back up after 11 days of being totally empty. During those 11 days there were no new projects (except 1 booking) and no previous projects. I didn't change my rates or anything else, then suddenly, the day they rolled out the new stats page, my previous projects list filled back up and I started getting speedy's and auditions again.

    Support said there was nothing wrong, just no projects being posted that would be available to me. I find it hard to believe that everything could be fine for so long, then there would be NOTHING available for 11 days straight, and then just go back to normal.

    I'm with you when you say there must be some kind of bug that's thus far not been identified that causes this to happen. It really is a shame.

    I don't blame support, an unidentified bug is what it is, but I hope that even if VB isn't passing on all of the information to us that the number of people who are experiencing this (and reporting it) are significant enough to cause the programmers/tech people to start taking it seriously and looking deeper into the issue.

    Post back with any updates to your situation, I feel like the more people talk about this the more likely it will be that someone at VB will start looking deeper into the situation.

    After being told it was a glitch, I'm being told again it's me and my stats and the only way I'll get jobs again is to improve them. However, if they don't offer me jobs, there's no way I can improve them. I had already lowered my rates, I have a 5 star rating, have been favorited multiple times, and have successfuly done work here for years now so it seems very unfair. I still find it odd that while I was sitting at my computer, everything disappeared, though.

    @Tracy Hall

    That's exactly how I felt when I got the canned "it's your stats" response.

    I'd actually only been using VB for about a week before it happened to me, so I assumed once I got the reply from support that I might as well just give up. Then suddenly, 11 days later, I started getting email notifications that new jobs were available. I hadn't changed my rates, my stats hadn't changed, etc.

    Now, I've got "previously available" jobs going back 2 months on my dashboard (whereas there were none for 11 days) and I get at least 2-3 notifications a day for speedy's/auditions.

    Something is definitely wrong behind the scenes. Again, I don't blame support, they're likely unaware of this (unless they are also voice actors) but the tech people should be looking into it for sure. My guess is that there is a breakdown somewhere in the chain where the issue isn't been sent to tech from support because support identifies it as a stats/availability issue via their tools. Who knows though...

    Fingers crossed for you that you start getting jobs again. It randomly happened for me so there is hope... That said, I login to VB everyday expecting my dashboard to be empty because of this bug and don't rely on it as a reliable source of income in any way, I put my efforts in other places and just view VB as something that's great when it works.
