Tech issue causing my stats to drop!
I have had many technical issues on the VB platform end that have resulted in my time expiring (as it sometimes takes up to 8 hours to return a service request); then I am no longer "allowed" to re-assign myself to that project or another voice actor is working on it. This has dropped my stats and now I'm hardly getting any work offers for circumstances beyond my control. This should somehow be remedied.
Has this happened to anyone else?

We automatically remove expired projects from your stats when there is a technical issue. If we missed something, please send me the links to the projects in question and I will make sure that those projects are not affecting your stats. Thanks very much for your question!
