Accent rejection
Hi,
I had two rejections recently due to my accent. I have a very light asian influence on my canadian accent. I grew up in Alberta after moving here at a very young age. However, as I recall, neither projects specified having perfect accent was a requirement. One of them did say "Preferres" Canadian Accent - so I can understand this one - but the second did not specify any particular accent. Asian North American is also not a selectable field when choosing my accent for my profile either. How can I avoid auditioning for roles that requires strict accent control as I doubt I would ever get any role with this criteria and I rather not waste my time doing them just to do damage to my stats.
Thanks!

Hi John,
Thanks for your question. Could you post a link to the audio that was rejected? I'd be happy to give you some feedback. VoiceBunny promises clients native accents in all languages and projects, so unless the client specifically says that accented English is okay or if it is for more of a "character" role, our Quality Assurance Team is directed to reject those.
Hi Tara,
Thank you for the reply and offering to give me feedback. I have uploaded my file to the below location.

Hi John,
The link doesn't seem to be working any more. Could you try sending again?
