Fast response time?
I know that on factor in my stats is having a "fast response time." What is the actual measurement? How do you define fast and slow? Is your expectation that voice over actors are always instantly available?

Hi Richard!
Great question. What is "fast" is based on the average response time of ALL VoiceBunny voice actors. So, no, we don't expect everyone to be available at all times. We know that you need sleep, too. :)
Factors that determine response time:
For "Speedy" & "Casting" projects - the amount of time from which the voice actor hits the "accept" button to the time he/she hits the "submit" button.
For "Bookings" - The amount of time from which the project is posted to the time the chosen voice actor hits the "accept" or "reject" button AND (if accepted) the amount of time from which the voice actor hits the "accept" button to the time he/she hits the "submit" button.
With Bookings, you always have 48 hours to complete the project, but we (and our clients) appreciate you working on it asap.
Has something changed for "Bookings"? I accepted one on Sunday might and was given 5 and a half hours to complete (not 48 hours), despite the fact that the client specified they wanted delivery by Wednesday (72 hours). I delivered within the hour, but based on the answer above, I had expected more official time. Thanks!
