My Dashboard Disappeared - All of a Sudden
Mt stats are high. I respond very, very quickly, I'm listed in the top 85% - and #73 out of 517. Please help. I can't imagine what went wrong.

Hi Peyton,
I'll be glad to help you. The "current unavailable..." section depends on your current stats, meaning that whenever your stats change, this section can also change or even be empty. You've got 3 rejections which have negatively affected your stats. Please take into account that stats not only depend on response time but successful projects. Therefore, the amount of invitations you get and the "current unavailable..." section can change.
As for today, the "current unavailable..." section on your Dashboard is not empty, this status is not permanent though, it can vary from day to day as explained before.
This happened to me last night, after the site went down. I sent an email to support. Any update on your situation?
Although my stats aren't stellar, I've recently been getting much better at figuring out my previous pitfalls and correcting them.
Unfortunately, I'm also having an issue where nothing shows up on the dashboard (even under the "Currently unavailable projects that matched your profile and preferences" header!).
This started occurring four days ago.
This started for me last Saturday with no response yet also.
Update for me: I've received some response from voicebunny support, but I don't think they initially understood what my problem was. Hopefully my most recent email will clear things up.
This happened to me starting a couple days ago, and support's response was, "as your stats change this section can also change or even be empty." As a beginner and after a few rookie mistakes (some partly due to poor logistics on VB's part), my stats are indeed low. But if it's happening to people with good stats, too, it seems like it must be a bug.
Hi Miguel,
I think a lot of us understand that Voicebunny uses the stats to determine which voice actors are available for projects, but there is still a lot of confusion about exactly HOW Voicebunny uses the stats to determine eligibility.
It's clear that rejections come into play when deciding who is available for projects. But exactly how many rejections does a VO artist get before he/she loses eligibility? Is it based on a percentage of total projects submitted? Do you differentiate between rejections from contests/speedies/bookings? Do you differentiate the type of rejection, i.e., was it because of sound quality or more subjective reasons?
Are the ratings that we see on our stats page the ONLY stats that come into play to determine eligibility, or are there other hidden metrics that we are not aware of?
I think Voicebunny needs to understand how frustrating and confusing this can be. The process needs to be more clear so that people have a chance to react appropriately to rejections. I personally think that it is highly counterproductive for Voicebunny to completely erase somebody from eligibility after they've just started to adjust to the standards. I started out with a couple of mistakes, but now I currently stand in the top 98% of contest submitters. The top 98%! And yet I am somehow disqualified from everything, including contests, because of my early rejections and my rejections on speedies. Why can't I still be eligible for contests, but taken off speedies?
I think Voicebunny needs to be MUCH more clear about this process. In particular, they need to be much more specific about what the consequences of the stats are. Furthermore, Voicebunny needs to recognize the people who DO improve and manage to put out good work after adjusting to standards. Not just a blanket disqualification based on some invisible threshold.
I look forward to your response.
