Hi all, can anyone shine some light on this error?
Today i missed a cut off period as i was unable to upload my audition due to the error in the title. Following the "contact us" link supplied in the error only lead to 404 - Page not found.
My recording was 16 bit, mono, 44.1 and Wav format.
Any one else recognize this error? I was fine uploading 5 hours before.
Tested by uploading a previously accepted file to my profile page but that also resulted in the same error.
Little hesitant to apply for any other jobs at the moment.

Daniel, please send us a Support ticket mentioning the project in question and we will fix your stats.

This occurred to me as well, and led to a Rejection on my stats when the timer ran out. It was due to a temporary fault on the website's server-side.
I highly recommend submitting a Support ticket with the project involved, any applicable screenshots (to prove it was displaying your claimed error), and request that since it was not due to your own fault, the "Failed" project be removed from your stats.

Hi Miguel, I raised the support ticket over 2 weeks ago now.... still no progress with having my stats fixed though.
