Hi Beverly,
I've reviewed your profile and checked for potential bugs with the engineering team. The reason why you don't see project invitations or past projects on your Dashboard is because your stats don't match those projects, even though your preferences do. You will still get the weekly emails about past projects because the projects showed there are the ones that matched your language and gender/age, but no your rates or stats.
So far you've gotten 2 expired reads and 11 rejections that have negatively affected your stats, therefore, projects are being sent at first to talents with better fulfillment rates.

I am not seeing the listing of projects on my dashboard so I tried to go into the Q&A for Voice Over to see if someone had posted questions regarding some sort of change but the page came up as oops page not available. So I still do not see a listing of projects that had been available and I cannot access the Q&A, and it appears I'm not the only one.
Ms. Beverly is NOT the only one. I have now opened TWO tickets and am not satisfied with the answers.
This issue needs to be moved up the ladder.
I do believe there is a glitch.
Not ONE new project possibility has been presented in weeks, though they appear in the VB sample offerings email. Something is amiss.

I'm in the same boat. When I submitted a ticket, I got bounced from one person to another. The final person didn't address the issue at all and instead cut and paste an answer about stats and such. I replied that the issue wasn't resolved and haven't heard back. This is frustrating. I can see the correct info when I log in with my smartphone but not with my studio computer... which is how I audition and submit audio. Does anyone have an update on when this might be fixed?
I found out we are having issues with the Safari browser. Could you tell me which browser you are using?
I'm using Google Chrome across all platforms. I know it's not stats related because nothing shows up on my dashboard (not even currently unavailable projects) yet I get the email about weekly samples of projects that fit my profile... which should have at least shown up in the "currently unavailable" listings.

Yeah, I'll bump this. Until very recently, my account had no samples and no stats (all zeros) because I hadn't done anything yet. And I got projects listed in the "unavailable" section and even saw a few in the "available" section from time to time. I finally got my equipment and uploaded my first samples. My stats are all zeroes because I have yet to accept a project and yet I haven't seen a thing in either section for days now. The ONLY think I've changed is that I now have samples.
It's (kind of) funny because I kept watching projects go by, waiting for the day when I could finally buy my equipment, Then, I get it and ... nothing.
