Add new "Reason for Contacting" category - "Ongoing Project Question"/"Project Issue"
Please consider adding a category under "Reason for Contacting Us" (when submitting a Ticket) that covers cases where Talent/Clients may have a question or concern regarding a project they are currently working on.
"Express Love" does not quite fit this situation, as often a Project Issue is not related to giving praise.
"Payment Inquiry" is not valid because the concern does not involve being paid or receiving a payment
"Report a Bug" is not valid, because the problem involves part of the project specs or details (not a website bug)
"Project Invites/Dashboard" is not valid because it does not involve an issue with being invited to projects or with the Dashboard.
"Uploading Issues" is not valid because the concern is regarding the project itself, and is not related to having problems uploading a file.
There is currently no 'correct' category for us to select when submitting a Ticket that concerns an existing project we are working on, or even just to ask a question about a particular project in general. Please consider adding a category that addresses this option, to remedy this problem + reduce the # of incorrectly categorized tickets.

Thank you! Currently we are working on some ideas that will improve communications with talents, this should cover communications while having an ongoing project.
