    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for your patience. If you are working on a project for a client, you should get a response back right away. If you just have general questions about your account or website that are not answered in our resource center, it can take a few days for our support team to follow up. What kind of question do you have?

    Well, this is from one of my support tickets I have open:

    Since signing up, I've been told my profile isn't complete via email (despite it being complete) multiple times (up to 4 emails at last count) , I've seen a sample of my audio appear and disappear from my profile (which I've seem to narrow down to if my profile is public: My character sample is viewable, but if I'm anonymous, it vanishes from my profile) , and that's only when I can actually see my profile, as I get "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" throughout the day.

    I know I won't see jobs I'm working on right now, because I'm new. But when I first joined I initially saw Jobs in "Currently unavailable projects that matched your profile and preferences" but that vanished hours in to day one of sign up and I haven't seen anything there since.

    At this point I have no idea if I'm functional on the site, or if the site is functional for that matter.

    I found out we are having issues with the website and the Safari browser (iOS). Which browser are you you using?

    I've looked at it and seen the exact same thing from Chrome, IE 11, and from my Android phone and tablet.

    And like clock work: Right this moment I can't look at my profile on any browser. I'm getting errors. So I figure I'll be locked out of it again for at least an hour or more.

    Well, before I get "ranty:" Thanks for checking back in.

    If I'm being honest, I'm really about to just walk away from the site.

    It doesn't really speak well that it takes so long to get back to someone, and when someone does; it's canned responses that sort of show that the entire ticket wasn't read. And that some of the canned response links are broken as well. Which keeps getting glossed over every time I point it out.

    4 days for someone to assign themselves to the ticket. Another 8 days to say, "Is this still an issue?" And then to close it out as Resolved when nothing was actually addressed. And it's still open; going on day 19 and I really don't have a lot of desire to continue dealing with what seems to be a lack of listening to the issues I've pointed out and the troubleshooting steps I've personally taken to tr y and help pin point a starting point to look in to it (I'm actually in IT as a profession).

    I solved one issue on my own, and created a work around for another, but it's still not actually fixed.

    Since this has been going on since the moment I signed up, I have a hard time having confidence in the site at the moment.
