Why on earth remove the Dashboard of Previous Projects?
As another user said,
"Add a "hide all jobs" check box. That way, if we're not confused we can learn from the experience, and, if we are, we don't have to see it!"
Being able to look on past projects not only IMMENSELY helped with gauging what the client enjoyed most and/or why someone got selected over me (so I can adapt and IMPROVE), it also allowed me to keep track of how many projects I'd missed over a period of time, which occasionally allowed me to adjust my rates and see if more/less projects showed up accordingly.
There is SO much information and opportunity lost through removing this feature just because Talent found it confusing; with all due respect, I have seen a LOT of projects with 3+ internal Rejections by VB for not matching project specs, so I honestly have to wonder if most of these people complaining that it's confusion were also Talent who have been consistently upholding the "Quality and Competency" aspect of Voicebunny's mantra and mission.
I understand the reason why this change was made, but that doesn't mean I support it or find it justified. This honestly feels like a poorly-researched decision that catered to the majority vote instead of the greater good.

Hey Sean!
You'll still see those projects in your "weekly sample" email. We determined almost 40% of support tickets were related to that part of the dashboard, from both veteran and new talent. Due to the dynamic nature of that section, talents were convinced something was broken every time it changed. We determined it's best to provide that info via email for those talents that want it. Those that don't can opt out.
I agree, and I'm an ArticleBunny writer. I loved being able to see how others approached a project. Very educational.
