COMMUNICATION
Hello. I have seen that there is much growing concern about better communication flow between client/managers/and Bunny Pro. I also share this concern. I understand that there is effort underway to rectify problems concerning communication about projects and some sticking points preventing the development of a solution. My concern today, however, is not about communication between Bunny Pro and client so much as it is about Bunny Pros simply trying to establish contact with a manager.
I have just spent roughly a half hour trying to figure out how best to reach somebody and who I should contact, and that is time that could have been spent working on the recording. It's silly. There used to be a chat feature, and then I started having a more difficult time finding it, and now I do not see it at all. It seems to have disappeared and not been replaced with anything. Now, I could simply go to my email account and look in my sent messages, and see who the last Bunny Manager was that I communicated with, but how do I know if that manager is even on duty at the moment? My concern is of a timely nature.
In summary, I do not mind so much communicating with the Bunny Managers instead of direct communication with clients, but if it is going to be this way, then please have managers ready to assist, and a clear and easily accessible chat tool to communicate with managers in a reliable location on the Voicebunny website, which can route me to the appropriate person to address the questions I have, and act as a liaison between myself and the client in a timely manner, especially since I am being rated for my speediness.

In regards to the chat feature, we disabled it for all our Pros. The reason is because, at this moment, the chat feature is only meant to be for our clients use to get project support. However, we are already thinking about the possibility of opening a chat feature for talents as well. This may take a while as we also need to create some processes to be able to implement this communication tool.
Now, to communicate with us there are several options:
1. If you find something odd about a project (i.e. remarks are not clear, grammar issues, lack of pronunciation guides, etc.), you can flag the project and our production managers will take care of that right away.
2. Send us an email at support@bunnyinc.com. This will send an email to our queue and all the available users will be able to jump and take care of your concern. We suggest this option for questions about a project, delays you may have in delivery or personal questions about your profile (i.e. stats, rates, etc.).
3. If you'd like us to review your profile, some takes for you or you have feedback about our product, this Community space is the place. Here, not only our team members but also other users will be able to help you out.
