Dashboard is Empty of projects that match me fo no apparent reason!
I've successfully completed 75 Voicebunny speedies, castings, and bookings so far this year. My most recent job, yesterday, was an audition which VB accepted. This morning, my dashboard is empty, even of the job I did yesterday. What gives? I checked my stats, and they are as good as ever! Is this a glitch? Or is everyone else suddenly so much better than me that I've fallen off the grid? -- Cat

Hey Cat,
Here's the answer I got yesterday "We removed it because many voice actors found it confusing and unnecessary. I guess everybody looks out for different things." Personally, I think it is a useful tool for learning what clients are looking for and seeing what kind of jobs you may have missed out on and just generally keeping tabs on what is going on.
Now that is gone as a resource. If you auditioned for it, it should still be available on your previous projects page. Other than that, good luck finding what is going on.
I totally agree, Mark! I also like trying to hear what the reviewers are looking for and rejecting (whether it's quality or recording or not meeting client's requirements). It's also helpful to see the number of jobs coming in.
VB, could you make it optional? Add a "hide all jobs" check box. That way, if we're not confused we can learn from the experience, and, if we are, we don't have to see it!
Furthermore, if VB is not going to show any jobs on the dashboard, I wish they would:
1) Change the title on the dashboard to "Currently available and previously accepted jobs". They should display at the top the jobs that are available, and underneath show the jobs you already won. This serves two purpose. First, it eliminates a click, allowing us to quickly check the status of jobs that we've submitted and which may be under review by VB or the client. We can then watch those and look for new jobs on the same page instead of clicking back and forth. Second, it is encouraging. If I'm no longer allowed to see the jobs I've missed, at least I see the ones I got, so that gives me hope.
2) While we're on the subject of helpful changes, I'd like VB to modify the status of castings where VB accepted our read but either the client chose another talent or disposed the project. Instead of leaving it as "reviewable", which it no longer is, change it to "closed". If it's "reviewable" the job is in-flight, and we have a chance. If it's "closed", we don't. Easy, right?!
Can I get an "amen" from the choir?
