With the cut backs in QC coverage, how about a flag or message box about
Having now experienced 2 different challenges with the QC team not able to get to auditions sent in for 5 and 22 hours, in the interest of clear, concise and transparent communication, how about a little help with info regarding when the team in on or expected back?
Maybe a message box on our dashboards indicating QC team working status so we can know if the read will be heard immediately or later. And with info about their return, we can better schedule when we look up our emails to better coincide with the QC schedule.
Also, please return to the practice of including the reason for the revision request in the email so that even if we cannot get to it in time due the the above, we can still be aware of the reasoning behind it and fix it going forward.
Thanks!

Hi Mark!
Sorry for taking so long to reply. This feedback is very useful!
At this moment, we have increased our QC time. If you've noticed, we are currently covering around 20 hours a day during weekdays and 12 hours over the weekend. This helps us to be able to provide a more accurate and fast response to your submissions.
In regards to the time zones and revision times, we're working hard to improve those and all the suggestions you're giving us will certainly be taken into account.
Thanks for being so great, Mark!
Excellent idea, Mark! I'll piggy back on that with a couple of thoughts.
First, I usually try to to watch my dashboard for at least an hour after submitting a read, just in case there is a revision request. It is troubling if I make myself stay up extra late, just in case, and finally give up, only to find my read still hasn't been reviewed by VB after I wake up the next morning. If, as Mark suggests, I knew VB was off-duty until 9 am the next morning, I could rest easy!
Second, and this one really is crazy, I know, tell me again, why I'm rushing to make a 20 minute (or 5 hour) submission deadline if the client won't see it for 10 hours because VB took 9 and a half hours to review it? If the the reviewers are off, why not extend the talent deadline to give us more flexibility?
Thanks for getting back to us with your thoughts on the suggestions! -- Cat
