Can't withdraw funds from my VoiceBunny account

I've been trying to withdraw funds from my account but when I click the link a page shows up asking me to contact VoiceBunny entourage in order to do so. I've tried a couple of times since Friday but nobody is helping me with this. I need to be paid as soon as posible. As clients we pay before we get the job done. As actors we upload recordings and revisions as soon as we can. I expect to get the same back with payments.
