Rejected Samples
I have had 2 professionally produced samples that have been rejected with no explaination. I've checked my emails and nothing. It would be nice to know why they were rejected.

It seems the rejection emails may not have been sent correctly to your inbox, and we apologize for this issue.
Could you please share these samples via a file-sharing service with us, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Soundcloud?
This way one of our QC agents will be able to listen to them and assist you properly!
