Issues Problems Bunny Studio platform failing? Drastic drop of project activity
Not sure what is going on with this platform and concerned! As I was told by Bunny support and customer service reps, keep your dashboard open to see new projects, lower rates...blah blah blah. I DO. I'm not on 24/7, but who can be. I've developed a good following and extra business from Bunny Studio. However, NOTHING has come through the last two weeks. Crickets on this platform. No speedies, no contests, nothing. After very regular activity, all of a sudden - nothing. I'm doing everything you can to see watch hear (the infamous lack of tone if a project comes through). Concerning. I sure hope they haven't turned me "OFF" and I'm wasting my time. I have done a lot of business with Bunny Studio clients and have recurring business thanks to the platform. I've heard from other talents concerned the same is happening. Wondering the viability and validity of this platform. Is community and potential clients dropping Bunny Studio? Any responses are welcome.

Hi Craig,
Hope you are doing well!
We appreciate your concerns and understand how important project availability is for our Pros. I'd like to clarify that project availability on the platform is dynamic for all Pros, especially those who are offering languages and skills with high demographics in the platform. We can't guarantee a constant flow of invitations for every Pro, as our system maintains a certain level of rotation, so staying a few weeks without projects is completely normal and expected in this environment. However, this rotation also ensures that other Pros, provided their stats and rates are competitive, have opportunities to participate, and that invitations are not always going to the same Pros repeatedly.
While we can't disclose specific numbers, we'd like to reassure you that we haven't identified any significant drops in the number of active users on the platform. The lack of invitations for some Pros can be attributed to several factors, including client seasonality or increased competition within the platform as I mentioned. These fluctuations are normal, given that we deal with on-demand projects on a global scale.
Rest assured, we are continuously working to optimize project distribution and improve the experience for all our Pros and clients. If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Your feedback is very valuable to us!
Best regards,
Gabriela Schneider
Hi Craig,
On another note, I took the liberty of removing a rejection you had on your stats.
It was due to this project:
• AudioGo 2023-08-21T20:00:24.545Z
It was a QC rejection, but since your most recent deliverables did not have the same issue and it seems to have been resolved, I've removed it from your stats.
This can also help your profile get more invitations from now on!
Let us know if we can assist with anything else.
Best regards,
Gabriela Schneider
Thanks for the update. Yes, I know the platform is a work in progress. I am very familiar with algorithm methodology and how 'adjustments' can change environments.
Gabriela,
Again, not seeing any projects coming through. Other than a couple small bookings, I've seen just two speedys (12/13, 2/16 (for Spanish) and that's it. No contests, nothing. Are you receiving fewer clients in last few months?
Craig
Hi Craig,
I hope this message finds you well!
Unfortunately, regarding client numbers, we can't disclose internal data on this matter. However, I can offer some insights!
The frequency of project invitations is being influenced by several factors, including the competitiveness of the category you're in. It might be helpful to compare your profile to other popular pros in the same language, age, and gender. You can do this by visiting your profile and theirs simultaneously and checking how your prices stack up against theirs!
Even a slight difference in Rates can have an impact, and this comparison might provide some insights into your competitiveness within the platform.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. We're here to help!
Best regards,
Gabriela Schneider
