    I've seen the same. I'll get an email notification about the speedy well before I see it in the dashboard. But the link never loads from the email.

    I always just assumed I was too slow... but maybe there's more to it?

    Anyone else having similar issues accepting speedies?

    Also sometimes it seems like a very rare amount of jobs that come in have a completely different web page format. If Bunny has any updates on bugs / glitches or if its just me that's maybe using a slower operating system? Maybe its better to use MAC or PC Or perhaps its web browsers?

    Firstly, it's important to understand that there may indeed be differences in connection speed not only via email but also on the platform. These variations can be attributed to factors beyond the control of both Pros and our team. Some of these factors include internet service providers, the speed of your internet connection (both upload and download), and how quickly your internet can establish connections with real-time updates with our platform. Please note that this setting is standardized for all Pros on our end, so the variations you experience are not due to individual settings.

    Additionally, if you are not able to access a project via the provided link, or if you receive an "access denied" warning, this occurrence typically indicates that another Pro has already accepted the project.

    To ensure you receive project invitations earlier than other Pros, it's crucial to maintain good stats and offer competitive rates. The platform's algorithms take these factors into account when distributing project invitations. Pros with higher ratings and competitive rates are often prioritized when new projects become available.

     

    Regarding the different types of project pages, we have recently introduced the New Fulfillment system for projects!

    However, not all projects have been migrated to this new format, and that's why you may be encountering both old and new project pages at this time. The New Fulfillment form represents the updated project page you might be referring to!
    The coexistence of both project systems is temporary, and eventually, all projects will be transitioned to the New Fulfillment form. This transition is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance and streamline the platform experience for our Pros.
