No Response Speed Ranking!
Help! My response speed reads "Bottom 0%" and there is no response speed ranking at all.
I may know the problem, but need help. Most of my career with Bunny Studio I accepted bookings only, and achieved a Top Pro status in 2019. Then in 2020, the bottom fell out, so I decided to try some contests and speedies. There were one or two in which I participated.
Due to family illness, my time has been severely restricted for the past few years, and needless to say, business fell off even more.
Last week I checked my stats and discovered the rating of "Bottom 0%" (what does that even mean) and no ranking at all. So I immediately discontinued my participation in Contests and Speedies.
Were my response stats adversely affected by my non-participation in Contests and Speedies? (I have discontinued availability in those categories.) And can my response speed be re-calculated based on past bookings? I'm afraid no ranking at all is severely degrading my ability to get bookings.

Hope you are doing great!
I've taken a look into your account, and I'm happy to let you know that this isn't an issue or a bug.
Each project type contributes to your overall stats, and all stats to be calculated correctly, the system needs at least 5 Speedies or Contests completed within the last 365 days.
It's also important to note that your stats are only calculated taking into consideration projects that are less than 1 year old, so as soon as they are over 365 days, they will no longer be counted into your stats.
Usually, Speedies and Contests are the types of projects that can boost your response speed up! Bookings, being dedicated projects, may take Pros a while longer to finish up or to send their deliverables, which can result in a higher response time.
When your Response Speed is at 0%, it means either that you don't have enough Speedies and Contests completed for the calculation to be made, so you'll need to take on more projects for this stat! =)
Feel free to enable your Speedies and Contests once again, and remember to keep experimenting with your stats - not too high, but also not too low, as extremely low stats can also prevent you from receiving a wider range of projects.
