No client reviews since the platform update
Has anyone else noticed a lack of client reviews since the platform update? It's not that I've been getting poor feedback on projects... just seemingly none at all for the last several months. The timing seems to coincide with the new platform update.
And many of my recent projects are being booked by clients who typically leave reviews and comments.
Does anyone know if it's just as easy for a client to review a finished project as it was prior to the update? Or are they no longer being prompted to leave reviews?
Curious if anyone else has noticed this?

Hey Brad - Yup - Also noticed that. Sorry don't have any other feedback and wish more pro's chimed in on here.
Also speaking of feedback - I wonder if Bunny could ever do a monthly email to pros just updating us on general housekeeping and goings on.
Otherwise I wait patiently for more records!
Totally. Other pay-for-plays push out a newsletter of sorts as a heads-up for upcoming changes. It's just nice knowing when something changes to know whether it's a glitch or just part of the new normal.
I trolled a handful of pro profiles and the lack of recent project ratings seems to be a thing.

Thanks for your feedback on this! Our engineers were able to confirm that they are currently doing updates in this regard as some fixes were needed.
Our team is making some adjustments on the way Review options are shown to clients, but also, how they display to Pros.
We completely understand that reviews are a great way to boost your profiles, and we're working on integrating Reviews to update your profile Reviews.
Our engineers were able to find that some of these updates have conflicted with the updating number of Reviews on Pro's profiles, so until we fix this (it should be fairly soon), profile are not counting new Reviews. Once this is solved, you will all see the correct number of Reviews you've received!
For now, you can see the actual number of Reviews in your Stats page.
Please keep an eye on your profiles, we're aiming to have this fixed soon!
