These new Contest Projects makes me feel cheated!!! :@

    We understand that the rewards for Contests may sometimes seem lower than the average, and this can be influenced by factors such as the size of the audition script (which is often much smaller than the whole script) and the overall project budget. It's important to note that all Pros can view the reward before accepting a Speedy or a Contest, allowing you to make an informed decision based on your preferences.

    The timing of project arrivals may vary because many clients using our platform are located worldwide, leading to different time zones for both clients and Pros. Additionally, your Rates play a crucial role in determining the range of projects that reach you. While adjusting your Rates, keep in mind that higher Rates may result in fewer invitations, but it ensures that the projects align with your preferred compensation.

    For Contest projects, your Rates are taken into consideration for the final reward, in case you are chosen as a winner and you partake in recording the whole script! We encourage our Pros to experiment with different Rates, finding a balance that suits their preferences and project budgets. If you decide that contests are not the right fit for you, you can disable invitations for contests in your Rates and Preferences page.

    Thanks for replying. But I don't think you understand what I'm saying.

    Allow me to show you. So this is what I seen before I went to accept the project:

    There is no mention of how much the reward is! I didn't take a screen shot of the reward mentioned for this one above, which was showing $18 on my dashboard. So naturally I ASSUMED it was $18 since as seen above it's saying $36.1.

    See what I mean?????? And see how I feel CHEATED!!! I wouldn't get out of bed for less than $5!!!!!!! THESE PROJECTS NEED TO INFORM US OF HOW MUCH A CONTEST REWARD IS, I'VE BEEN FOOLED A FEW TOO MANY TIMES NOW! Thinking it was just a one-time error! But it's been a few months now, and I'm not alone, I seen a post about this on a facebook group where another voice artist was complaining about this VERY SAME problem!!!
    Bunny sort your stuff out! This is NOT okay!

    Also empathize with you on this matter. I've also noticed in the past few months as well it doesn't seem like Contest deliverables rates are shown just the reward if won.

    I’d agree with this and have been caught out by it a couple of times recently. On one occasion I literally did get out of bed to record, only to then find a very small reward.

    SUGGESTION:
    The old platform told us what the reward for the contest was and would then also tell us what the reward would be if we were selected.

    This is what is missing from the new platform, we currently only see something which suggests we will be paid the reward for being selected. This is what is causing irritation for Pros because it feels like bait and switch.

    Bring back the old system whereby we are clearly told what the reward for the entry is, as well as the reward for being selected in order that the transaction is clear.

    Yes this is a recurring problem/glitch/issue with Contests. I recently bought this up and a rep told me I'd be paid the correct amount. However, the wrong amount is what is still shown in my completed projects. In 30 days, I'll check and see what I am paid. If it's the wrong amount Contests are toast.

    In the past (on the old system which had transparency and you could see who booked the contest if you didn't), I've had horrific problems with how the system handles contests. Errors all over the place. In my opinion, they are a part of Bunny that should be eliminated until engineering can fix a very broken systemic issue.

    This new system sucks! And this whole thing about contests not showing the ACTUAL fee is STILL HAPPENING!!!!!!

    It's funny, but anyone else noticed how I've been ignored about all this? I posted this post about a month ago!!

    The reward displayed seems to not be incorrect, as it pertains to the Winner reward of the Contest, however, the reward for your contestant entries should be clearer! If that is not the case, and you were the winner, but the reward is still not correct, than the best way for us to review your case is by sending us an email to support@bunnystudio.com, so we can visualize these projects and keep on passing this feedback correctly to our engineers.

    Rest assured, transparency in rewards and policies is a priority for us.

    It's been happened again. I'll attach pictures here, and also as you suggested write to the email address with the same pictures.

    It's in reverse order for some reason. But bottom pic shows price shown and expected, second shows how one project doesn't show the contest fee again, and top pic shows the actual amount I've been awarded which is really low!

    I have solved this problem by unsubscribing from contests.

    Around 8 months ago contests were very glitchy and I'd click to submit and the system wouldn't let me. Resulting in multiple attempts and multiple bogus "you didn't submit on time" errors, and multiple times bunny managers supposedly removed all those bogus errors from my stats. Now we've got this problem. It's been almost a year.

    How about eliminate contests altogether? I'm dead serious. Either way, I won't be playing in this completely broken arena any longer.

    If I unsubscribe from contests then I'd get no work whatsoever from here. Which is super depressing and I've asked many times, why I'm not even getting invites to Speedies anymore. But I now just assume it's the same people taking them all within seconds and I haven't got a chance. It was always the same people getting them when we could see who took them in the past. But now, I just don't even get invited to any, so assume they are even quicker than any email notifications being sent out.

    As for bookings, no clue why. But their client's never seem to want to book me too. Maybe because they promote their favorites, like previously mentioned and always gets projects?

    So yeah... I gotta keep at these glitchy contests. :<

    I'm with Wayne- but unfortunately i just take personal bookings. About 1.5 years ago the platform changed not for the good. It's just a mess and one I'd rather not waste time in.

    The fix and update should be simple for this.

    On the notification of a contest, list the reward for entering the contest, as well as the reward for completing the full project should you be chosen as the winner of the contest. That way Pros can make their own judgement on whether they feel the contest is worth entering. 

    How is this so difficult?

    I agree! Literally makes no sense. I was told that they should be fixed yesterday, but from that time. I've had two which proves otherwise.


    I don't know why, contest entries can be rejected by client's now! Which just affects stats! So fustrating!!!

    This continues to be an issue. I have started getting the payouts for Contests now and they are for the incorrect smaller amounts. I have documented my cases to the best of my ability (some projects I no longer have access to) and written yet another email to support. I'd really like an experienced manager to look into this and manually credit me (and everyone else!) what they are rightly owed. 

    Pros... stay on top of this can check your earnings. Unless Bunny manually corrects the issues you will be paid for the incorrect amount for Contests. 

    I will no longer be participating in Contests until it gets an overhaul from top to bottom. In my opinion, you should disable Contests until you figure out why the system is doing this and it gets corrected. The pay problem has been going on for months. And glitches with Contests in general have been going on for over a year. As has been documented in multiple support emails with Gabriel and Gabriela.

    I agree!!

    I've been speaking with support too to fairly compensate the ACTUAL FEE! They did it once, and now are refusing too. :< Which seems REALLY UNFAIR!

    They keep telling me to flag the projects whenever a contest comes in... But my arguement with that is, if I do that no one will reply instantly and some other pro will take my place and I'll have no project to have anymore.

    Sure enough, just today since I've had 2 contests yesterday and before where it STILL keeps happening says on my dashboard one price, click on the project, says another. Then once I submitted it in my completed projects section it says something completely different like $1 or $2!!!!

    Well 1 hour ago now. I seen a contest, and thought I'll do what they have been telling me, flag it.

    So I did... And guess what! It's been 1 hour already and NO ONE HAS REPLIED! (I guess you could figure that one too).

    JUST LIKE I HAVE BEEN SAYING!!! Have I got to wait a whole day for support to reply about the actual fee. And then when I go for it, it's already gone?? I don't know what is going on with Bunny lately - Driving me nuts!
