Transparent stats
Hi all... I know you all like this new system/interface, but please go back to making Stats transparent again. Since everything in Bunny Studio seems to be based off Stats, I believe it is imperative that we Pros be able to see EVERYTHING that is contained in our Stats. It's the only way we can bring issues to your attention.
I've been with Bunny for two years now, and to say the site is buggy would be an understatement. Everything we do is based off a computer algorithm inside a sometimes-flawed website that literally controls our fate. From how fast we get sent Speedys to the a-nobel-prize-winning-mathemetician-couldn't-figure--it-out pricing system. :)
The very least you can do - to even the playing field - is to let us see the thing that Bunny regards as its Holy Grail, our Stats. They're OUR Stats after all. As flawed as the old system was, at least we were able to see exactly what was going on with our response times, rejections, etc. I, for one, was able to bring many matters to your attention and you guys promptly - and fairly - fixed the issues. Now? I have no idea what is happening. And that just doesn't sit well with me.
We few who have drunk the cool-aid and have accepted Bunny's incredibly high mark-up on all our work, and yet still persevere (and sometimes thrive) on your site deserve nothing less than FULL transparency for all the work we submit.
Thank you,
Wayne

I agree. Stats AND pricing should be transparent.
HI there, Wayne, and Chuck,
We thank you for your thorough feedback. We've shared it with our internal team, and we are actively discussing how we can improve this page for our Pros.
We understand that our Pros were used to the previous system, however we've made some changes in the calculations and platform that not required a change in the way Stats are displayed, compared to the old system.
However, we hear you loud and clear! We completely understand that, not just as Pros, but as a professional in the VO business, it's important to keep track of your approvals, revisions, and rejections, to understand how you can brace yourself if a situation is unfair or if there are any room for improvement in regards to quality or speed.
In light of this, we are actively discussing this with the team for improvements in the page, and definitely raise the topic of more transparency for our talents.
As of now, any projects that are canceled or expired from a Pro's stats is automatically taken off the Pro's stats, which means: if a client rejects your deliverable and proceeds to cancel the project, this rejection will not count towards your Stats.
Rest assured, we'll be actively discussing this matter with the team, and we hope to bring improvements in this regard!
If there are any particular projects or situations that you'd like us to take a deeper look into, please send it to us at support@bunnystudio.com, and we'll do our best to help.
Kindest regards, and once again, thank you for your contributions to our platform,
Gabriela Schneider
Thank you Gabriela.
Regarding a different subject... the issue of Contests not paying correctly... I responded to Raymond thru the support email system, but I believe he is out of his depth with this systemic problem. I went out of my way to ask him to forward the email to you or Gabriel. Hopefully you can find it in the que when you have some time.
Thanks again!
Hi Wayne!
How do you do?
We're happy to let you and all other Pros know that the Contest rewards display was fixed, and now you are able to see the correct reward, from start to finish!
To give a little bit of context, we currently have two types of Contests in the platform:
1. Contests created from the project form
2. Contets that are originally Bookings that were not fulfilled by a Pro, and they become a Contest
The issue happened on the second case, where Pros were seeing a reward based on the original Booking price instead of contest, which was, in turn, different from the reward displayed on the the project instructions, and also different from the price on your Accepted Projects page.
However, this was only a display error, as all Pros invited were paid according to the calculation of their Rates.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we solve any issues that arise, your feedback is incredibly helpful and essential for our team to understand any problems you meet in the platform.
We'll always do our best to assist!
Kind regards,
Gabriela Schneider
