    Possibly, what has happened is that the client had to cancel the project, but for this, he rejected your deliverable first.

    However, rest assured: Client rejections no longer count negatively for a Pro's stats!

    We understand that in the old system, clients rejected deliverables with some reasons that were not the Pro's fault, and so, now, only rejections from QC will count negatively over Pro's stats.

    However, if this project is from the old system, it may be counting negatively for yous stats. I'd be happy to take a look!
