Project expired or was canceled question
HI,
I recently entered a contest and then the status said 'rejected by the client' but then when you go to click on the project it states it has expired or cancelled.
Which is it? 'Expired' or my submission was 'rejected' because someone else won the contest? Would be good to get some sort clarity if poss!

Possibly, what has happened is that the client had to cancel the project, but for this, he rejected your deliverable first.
However, rest assured: Client rejections no longer count negatively for a Pro's stats!
We understand that in the old system, clients rejected deliverables with some reasons that were not the Pro's fault, and so, now, only rejections from QC will count negatively over Pro's stats.
However, if this project is from the old system, it may be counting negatively for yous stats. I'd be happy to take a look!
