    Hi Fiona,

Thanks for reaching out to us on here. :)

Firstly I have to say, it's nice to speak with you and it's always lovely to hear your wonderful regional accent!

In the audio file you shared, there are moments where distortion of the audio can be heard. In other words, the audio peaks in levels making it sound a bit unclear. It's most prominently heard when reading: 'Saturday night and Friday night' and 'banner' near the end.
There are a few ways distortion can be present in your audio, most commonly this is due to voice actors having the gain on their pre-amp dialed too high, we normally recommend dialing the gain below the 12 noon mark. It's always better to have quieter audio that you can raise the volume in post/EQing methods than an audio recording that is too loud and can not be easily fixed.

If the distortion happens in your audio, it's best and much quicker to re-record. If you can't/don't want to dial the pre-amp lower, I'd suggest recording further back from your microphone. I've always been told the best positioning from my mic is 2 fists' worth of space.

But if I'm not mistaken, I believe you corrected your audio for this submission by re-recording these parts and it was accepted in the end. So thank you for being so proactive about all this.

Hope you have a great week!
    All the best,

    Samantha
