Also was wondering about these time limits for projects. Many times it says it can be 27 seconds as well for many projects and then 27 doesn't work when uploaded. I often have to re record spots and read the copy faster in order to fit it in the allotted spot. Client has to know the quality of the product sometimes gets sacrificed in order to fit within the time allowed.

You’re right – while the project may be described as a 30-second in the instructions, our platform uses a 28-second standard for certain audio files! Those two seconds often provide essential room for final adjustments or client-specific editing needs.
Please aim to record within the 28-second timeframe as specified. However, if the script feels too lengthy or challenging to fit, don't hesitate to use the "Request Help" feature. Our CX team is on hand to assist and should be able to respond as fast as possible. =)
