Feedback on rejection

Hi:

I don´t understand why my sample was rejected. I recorded it in a professional studio with all the technical requirements listed in the application and yet I got this feedback from Voice Bunny:

Room echo, you can hear it clearly throughout your application.

As a VoiceBunny Pro, you must record using professional equipment in an acoustically treated space. Your performance needs to sound engaging and conversational. We also expect the recording to be properly edited, unprocessed, and ready-to-use.

I´m also quite confused about the comment that says my interpretation is not engaging and conversational.  I´ve been working in voice over for 10 years and my work has been recognized for offering vibrant and organic interpretations through my voice. 

Please, I´d like to have more feedback about my test so I can amend these flaws and try to be a bunny again in the near future.
