Doubt Locution.
Hi!
A few days ago I sent this recording of a commercial (radio) whose briefing was to record it with an epic / mysterious tone.

The feedback was this:
Overcompression, you can hear it clearly throughout your recording.
As a VoiceBunny Pro, you must record using professional equipment in an acoustically treated space. Your performance needs to sound engaging and conversational. We also expect the recording to be properly edited, unprocessed, and ready-to-use.
The truth is that recording was made in a professional recording studio. Can you help me to understand better why it was rejected?
Thank you!

Although I do not understand your language, I can hear the compression increase. You might want to just try setting your levels a little lower and seeing how that works. Post production stuff is always interesting to master. You have a good flow to your voice.
Hi Daniel!
Thanks for sharing!
So, like Chris said, the audio sounds way too compressed. The audio even sounds a bit distorted in areas and the noise floor has been increased as well. I suggest you to lower your levels and toss the compressor away. You don't need a compressor taking into consideration your voice and equipment already sound pretty well.
If you'd like to make your volume a bit more homogeneous, you can try normalizing the take instead at -3dB. Why don't you try that and share a new recording with us?
Thank you all for your answers and comments. I am attaching the same recording, this time unprocessed and ready to use.

Thank you very much!
Hi Daniel
This sounds much better! I believe you would be approved now to make part of us. I suggest you request a new project via our system!
To get a new one, log into your account and click the link on your dashboard that says, "You started an application. Click here to continue it." After clicking that link, you should receive another project in the next 7-30 days. The timing depends on how many applications are currently in the queue to be reviewed and how many reconsiderations you've requested previously.
Hope this helped :)
