Client can’t see revision
URGENT—Client added a new “part.” Because Voice Bunny didn’t add a new section for me to upload it to, I attached it to part 7 and uploaded it that way. Client is asking for the new part...but it’s there—they just don’t know where to look. And because it’s not possible to communicate with them, I can’t let them know where to look to find it. I did what they asked...but it’s impossible for me to tell them and explain

Thank you for letting us know. In this case, what you did by uploading it to the existing part is OK. Our system does show where the newly uploaded file is, however, this can be confusing to some clients. I see you're talking to my colleague Lana. She's taking care of the matter and letting the client know where to find the correct file.
If you have any questions about this, or the client requests for this part again, please let Lana know so she can handle the information with the client.
