    HI Heidi!

Thanks for sharing. I tried to review the recording but it says it can't be previewed. Can you please share a fragment of the recording?

    Thank you!

    Hi Heidi

    Thanks for sharing!

The recording indeed sounds very boomy. The boomy sounds is caused by an excess of low frequencies usually coming from an inadequate acoustic treatment. There's also some room echo in the recording file which could be even making this worse.

More likely, your microphone is in a very small space that is causing the low frequencies to bounce way too much which cause them to mask the high frequencies. Low frequencies are much longer than high ones so this is very common in small spaces. Can you please let us know how you're recording? Meaning equipment and space?

Also, I believe the English accent doesn't sound natural, like an impersonation. There are areas where you sound a bit too American and the accent, to my ears, is not very easy to understand where it's from. I checked your profile and other posts and I see this is quite a constant for rejection. I highly suggest you to please remove this accent as I believe it's not working in the expected way for you and may hurt your stats.
