Not the correct accent?
I was just rejected from a project because a manager said I did not have the correct accent, English - England. Please listen to the link and let me know what your thoughts are. My British accent was assumed to be natural by actual English lady at one point. So, either I got sloppy or the manager misjudged my accent. Either way, I want to improve as a Bunny Pro so please reply with your honest thoughts. Thanks!

Hi Heidi! I have listened to your sample and am really impressed by a lot of it. I think the issue is that you go down sometimes at the end of certain words ('someone else' being the best example). When you say that part, you do not leave a long enough pause between the words.
Also, you are mumbling your 'l' sounds in the words 'unavailable' and 'voicemail'. The word currently , the 'u' sound should b an 'uh' sound. Also, the final part ('after the tone'), you need to go down in intonation as it is the end of the sentence.
