Hi,

 

I'm trying to upload my professional demos, but they're being rejected for being in stereo. They aren't in stereo, I checked.

 

Also, I'm trying to complete my profile and it said I am not accepting any new bookings. ??

 

Last, where once I book a gig, how do I get paid?

  Let me go over your points one by one.

  1. Can you please share one of the files you're trying to upload so I can confirm the formatting with our DAWs? Keep in mind that it could be coming this way from the exporting settings you have set. 

  2. About your profile, I see it's active. We had a conversation around that via email so I hope everything's still working :)

  3. Payments will be provided via the platform. You can see the payment dates in your Completed Projects page and request a withdrawal in the Payments and Balance section in your profile.
