    Hi Stephen.

Angela from the Bunny team here! Thank you for sharing this recording. Let me go ahead and give you my thoughts on it.

About the age requirement, your voice sounds more Senior than Middle Age if I have to be honest. Voices are very relative and not always will match your actual age. For example, I'm 27 but my voice is very teenager-like. I sound more of like a 15-year-old girl rather than a young adult of my age. In order to take care of young adult projects, I usually have to deepen my voice artificially by switching technique a bit and even then I can pass by a younger person than the one I'm trying to portrait.

I would suggest you to review the parameters of what constitutes a middle age voice and define what you can do to match this criteria a bit more. However, I would totally say that your core should be on the senior category.

On your file I also pick up a critical level of room echo. This is 100% caused by the acoustic treatment of your space which could be needing some tweaking and extra padding. On top of that, there are also several plosives which could be caused by recording too near to the mic's capsule or without using a pop filter.

Can you please let us know how you record? Which equipment you use and how do you have your setup. Also, if you are adding any processing (noise reduction, compression, etc.) please let us know as well.
