My stats took a hit because the client requested a different voice talent and that's considered a "revision"?
So here's my order...

So I received request from a client who stated he wanted a different younger sounding voice altogether.
The Client sent it as a "revision" instead of going through voice bunny.
I was penalized for "not getting the revision done in time"...even though I reported the problem to a Voice Bunny Manager who never got back to me on it and did nothing with the problem.
I'm curious? When it comes to revisions....does that include finding another voice talent for Clients?
Well anywho....this penalized my stats and I got a "red" on Revisions and now I'm no longer receiving invites for auditions.
Clarification would be a wonderful thing :)

Thank you for sharing this case with us. I believe I already went over this via email, but let's have the answer here just in case other Pros have a similar problem.
Client revisions that have been cancelled will not affect your stats negatively. You could've gotten the "late revision" email, but in your case we were aware of the case and took actions to cancel the pending revision. For this reason, it will not be taken into consideration for this project in any way! A different case would be if you don't let us know about the situation as only admins can internally cancel revisions. So, remember to always let us know if you see a problem with a project, revision, whatever! We'll be glad to help as much as we can :)
