Ticky-Tack New Standard for QC
All of a sudden, ALL my samples that do not have breaths removed completely are being rejected by QC. There was no communication that I saw advising us of a new standard, but these are natural and quiet breaths...not compressed or right on top of the mic, etc. This has never been an issue before, and nothing in my recording setup has changed of late. So, some tolerance has been adjusted at your end without prior notice to those most affected.
Once again, we're being treated poorly when it comes to respect (telling us when your standards change) and communication (making sure that all of us know maybe a couple weeks before the new standards take effect).
This is very reminiscent of the mess that happened in December/January when you instituted a new system/standard which resulted in mass deactivations of Bunny Pros without notice.
I'm not sure how else to bring it to your attention but here in public. And I really wish someone would listen and take the time to make sure that future changes are handled better. This is really quite unprofessional. It sometimes seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Hi Chuck,
Could you share with us the file that was rejected? I assure you we haven't changed standards but as it is a subjective issue some agents might ask for a revision.
Keep in mind that as we keep growing our clients demand better quality and that's what we strive for.
Thanks for sharing your concerns, we do our best to listen and align the team.
