Flagged Project, no response, stats falling...what to do?
I received a revision request this morning to which I responded as promptly as I could. Fifteen minutes-ish later, the client requested another revision, citing "changes to slides X, Y, and Z from previous request were not made." I understand that clients probably have to submit requests one at a time, and this client must have asked for multiple, only I didn't get those in the first request. It was only for slide 51, I saw nothing else. I went back and double-checked this as well. I flagged the project roughly four hours ago and I have heard nothing. What am I to do? How is this long response time going to affect my stats? I'm wanting to bring my response time stats up and this is not helping. Thank you!

FYI, The client even asked in the revision to notify them if they need to re-send the updates....

In regards to your response time, if you want, we can ignore this project once it's done so it doesn't impact your experience. Would that be OK?
Hi I have the same problem, I flagged a project 5 hours ago and no response.
Its something false from the clients side and I am scared that my stats are effektet negative.
