    Hi Sean!

Yes, it may take between a week and a month to receive the new application test.

The audio sounds generally well. The plosives are lighter, but you can try adding more distance between the mic and the pop filter. Also, there are many loud and distracting mouth noises. You may want to reposition the mic to reduce these noises, and that may also help you with the plosives. Finally, there's some hiss throughout the recording, which you can hear more clearly at the very end where you forgot to edit some background noise. You may want to lower the gain of the preamp and raise the volume in the daw to keep the noise floor down.

    Best,

    Juan.

    Hi Sean!

Thank you for sharing! As Juan San said, the new application project will take from 7 to 31 days to be reassigned. We appreciate your patience on this front!

Now, as per the recording I agree with all of Juan Santiago's comments so I suggest you review them!

    Thanks for sharing, Sean!

The recording has a ton of room echo and I can pick up a fan noise in the background. Also, the problem with the plosives and overall boominess Juan Santiago mentioned is still very present. The recording also sounds quite nasal so I believe you're recording way too near to the microphone's capsule. It's important to take some distance between you and the micrphone and add a pop filter in between.

I also believe that your space is giving you some troubles here as it's reflecting a lot. I suggest you move the positioning of your microphone and try to adjust the absorptive materials you have so you can record comfortably without many reflections. It's important to make sure there are little to no surfaces nearby that may be reflecting too much.
