What else can I do?
Is it time for me to delete my account and start over? I've replaced all of my samples and lowered my rates. Adding more samples won't help if my states are holding me back. Stats can't be fixed without opportunities to fix them and I've only had one opportunity, a backup which passed QC, since Christmas.

Unfortunately, your stats are indeed quite low. Out of 11 contest submissions, you haven't won any. This is quite low compared to what other Pros which definitely impacts the number of invitations you will receive. Same happens with Speedy projects where you've had 2 rejections from our clients.
Keep in mind as well that samples are chosen by the client and, if you haven't received Bookings could be because they aren't in need of a voice like yours at the moment. It's important to note that Bookings depend solely on our clients needs as we showcase all our Pros' samples in our Search.
Considering your success rate is being quite low, I don't believe that restarting your account at this moment would make a difference. We're sending you the invitations, however, you're not being favored by our clients which is what's making your ranking low.
I suggest you consider getting a vocal and audio coach who could help you with your overall performance and quality. Practicing and getting better at the craft could allow you to provide better auditions and samples that are chosen by the clients easily considering the market.

No, you aren't sending me the invitations. Since before Christmas the only invitations I received were the one backup I participated in and some offers to impersonate African American sports stars. I promise you that you would not want to hear any attempt I might make at those.
As for the client rejections on the Speedies, one of them was because the client decided that they wanted a female to voice the spot. The other one was cancelled at my request because they requested something that I couldn't deliver even though the Bunny Manager approved my submission which tells me that the manager thought that my work met the original request.
