Oh, Hi Kevin! I'm so sorry I didn't reply. It totally slipped by me.

So, this topic is quite tricky as there are various takes on it. While we do encourage you to always have a clean and updated samples, it's important to keep in mind that samples have stats of their own. For this reason, we suggest you are very careful with the samples you remove. Keep into account those samples you've seen repeatedly as references on Bookings as those are the ones that are getting you the most traction. However, keep an eye as well on those that are maybe not doing good and you don't see Bookings, or very few, from them. These ones are the ones you should take care of and replace.

Of course there will be moments where a sample that has landed you several Bookings is no longer relevant to your experience. It's important to determine when is the right time to let go of a sample and share new ones, too! I know it could lower your visibility a bit, but on the long run, it's better to get rid of old, rusty samples that don't represent what you're capable of doing anymore. Sometimes, new samples can give you much better quality of work!

Hope this helped a bit with the dilemma :)

Thanks very much - that's great advice.  I'll review them and consider deleting some of the rustier and less popular ones!

How many samples do you recommend a pro should have?

Is it the case of more is better?  If so I will create a load more and keep on uploading.  (Always keeping the quality high of course!)

    Cheers

    Hi Kevin!

Sorry for the delay getting back to you here!

We suggest you to have at least 10 samples for every language/age/gender/purpose you have selected. So, if you have 2 ages, we suggest 10 per age. Also, it's important to have them divided within all the purposes we have where you have at least 1 in each of them.

Also, it's important not to duplicate the samples. Each sample should be uploaded just once to the system as duplicated entries will be rejected by our team! Keep this in mind as we have had cases of users whose accounts have been placed on hold automatically because of this.

    Hope this helped!

Angela, I would like to follow up on this post as I have been reading on here that samples themselves get rejected from time to time.  Is there a way to see that a sample has been rejected?  I did a search on it and couldn't find anything related.  Thanks

    Hi Percy

Right now we're working on a system to notify about the rejected samples. We expect it to be ready before the end of the year. Right now, you can confirm the status of your samples by sharing your question here or by emailing us at support@bunnyinc.com

You can also check it by reviewing your profile as only the approved samples will show there.
