So, I was checking the takes and I believe you're going a bit too hard on the gain of your preamp which is adding some unwanted hiss noise from the equipment and also making the plosives a bit too hard. I suggest you lower the gain of your preamp and record a bit farther from the capsule. I'm sure this should make the trick :)
