Chat/Email/Contact Us Links Not Working
I just tried logging into my account and it says I am no longer a member. None of the chat links is working to contact you directly.

Same as I replied in your previous thread. The system was down at the time, but it all should be working fine. If this happens again, please let us know!
Um no...5 years later and the same issues.
I have to literally email you from a speedy email invite or contest invite. Your Contact Us link on my dashboard does not work. And when I'm in the middle of recording and I get a generic email saying you will get back to me in 48 hours....that doesn't fly! Where is your customer support? I finally got an email back from a ticket which made no sense. It gives me a link to sign up for a free trial of a live chat. HUH?!
There are so many issues to name here on computer glitches, rejection for taking too much time for speedies when I didn't even accept. Another invite when I did accept, and it said:
(copying and pasting) ->You don't seem to have access to this project. If you are supposed to have access to this project, please check if you are logged in to the correct account. If you need assistance, contact us.
And another after clicking accept, it says it is unavailable but yet here comes an email 20 minutes later saying I took too much time and its in my stats as rejected!!! I didn't even do it because it was unavailable.
I sent all these screenshots to support and haven't heard a thing back. So what good is contacting you for support? It doesn't matter if your contact us button works or not...its useless.
