    Hi Kate!

Thank you for voicing your concerns.

At this moment, our system doesn't differentiate between time zones. When a project is submitted, our algorithm determines which Bunny Pros are the "best matches" for that particular project. It begins inviting the best matches first and works its way out, inviting lesser matches until the project is accepted by enough Bunny Pros. These invitations are going to be sent as soon as the project is created and will keep going until it’s completed.

These emails are completely automatic and will be sent by our system to ensure the Pros that match the project are aware of it and can deliver. Once the project has all the 3 auditions necessary, the project will change its status and will no longer be available. Our system works this way because we want to make sure we can give the same chances to every Pro wherever they are.

We know this is quite challenging for which we apologize. We're working on a solution for this and your feedback is super appreciated! if you have any ideas on how we can overcome this challenge, please let us know in our Community thread on the topic here: https://goo.gl/kYIOjK

Hope this helped but let me know if you have more questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Matthew,
Thanks for your response although it doesn’t appear you’ve read (or grasped) my original concern. I was not talking about a contest. I was talking about a paid revision on a piece of work I’d been selected for. I was ready and recorded the work immediately but couldn’t upload it until VB authorised the amount I was charging for the revision. You guys took ages to do so, and that was recorded as a delay in my response time - which is unfair because I did the work right away but couldn’t upload it until you said “ok”.

I saw the other thread and the “clock freeze” seems a great idea. A bit like a chess clock, when I finish my move I don’t want my clock ticking while I wait for you to play.

I could have done the revision within the hour - or less, but because I couldn’t upload it until you activated the upload section again by authorising the payment amount, it now says I took something like 8-12 hours. That’s not cool.

    Hi Kate

Keep in mind that the time for client revisions does not impact your overall response time stats. Your response time stat will be impacted by the time it takes you to respond to QC revisions overall. The response for client revisions is used to calculate the deadlines from clients, but will not impact your standing with our algorithm. Also, keep in mind that you have 24 hours to respond to a client revision. As long as you're within that time frame, it's considered to be on time.

    Hope this explained it :)
