Checking your file I notice that it has a lot of room echo and hiss noise. This is more likely caused by the acoustic treatment of your space so it would be important to review it thoroughly.
There are also many mouth noises and sibilance in your recording. This could be fixed by recording off-axis and a bit further from the microphone.
Can you let us know how you're recording? How are you recording? Which equipment are you using and how do you have your space set up?
